Never, so why would this person sell their wow account so dear to them for so little. The original owner of the wow account can call blizzard at anytime and recall it because you cant change the name on the account. So even if you have had the wow account for a year the original owner can call blizzard and take it back and even have the email reset. Making it impossible for you to get your wow account back, ever.
